The system operates through a dual-pull mechanism — the screen fabric is tensioned from both the top housing and the bottom rail simultaneously, maintaining even tension across the full screen width regardless of screen height or wind conditions. The magnetic bottom rail locks the screen's base edge flush against the floor-level mounting track using neodymium magnets, eliminating the gap at the bottom that allows insects, wind-driven rain, and debris to enter through standard motorized screen systems.
