FSI's background in systems integration goes back 20 years, before the outdoor living category existed. We work primarily with Josh.ai and Bond Bridge for smart home control. If you have an existing system already in your home, we integrate with it. If you are starting fresh, we help you find the right solution for how you want to use the space.
Permit coordination across applicable Snohomish and Snohomish County jurisdictions is handled by FSI as part of every project. You do not manage the permit process. FSI does.
