OUR HISTORY
FSI was founded in 2005 by a team that came out of alarm systems and low-voltage technology. That background is why your outdoor AV, smart controls, and screen motors get wired correctly the first time. When FSI added pergolas, kitchens, and screens, the trade coordination, the permitting, and the systems expertise were already there.
Two decades in this region also means two decades of learning what Pacific Northwest weather does to outdoor structures, materials, and installs over time. That is not something you pick up from a manufacturer spec sheet. When FSI added outdoor living to the business, it was the natural next step for a team that already knew this market.
Along the way it became clear that piecemeal outdoor builds do not work. A pergola from one contractor, a kitchen from another, screens added after the fact. The space never comes together the way it should. FSI made the deliberate decision to handle every trade under one roof so customers get a finished outdoor room, not a collection of pieces that almost fit.
